“CARING FOR MYSELF IS NOT SELF-INDULGENCE, IT IS SELF-PRESERVATION AND THAT IS AN ACT OF POLITICAL WARFARE.”
With a background trained in the arts; acting and directing I began my journey with mindful movement and yoga/meditation practices after discovering the transformation it held with my relationship with my body and mind.
The ancient practices and techniques of yoga, breathwork & meditation have been guiding me as tools to return to the wisdom of my body and mind connection and letting it ripple out to others as I began my passion serving others to develop a deeper connection to their inner awareness. I experienced the radical positive change a regular practice of yoga can have on one's mental health.
